Rank is established by the following criteria
1. Highest tier of tank which the member has earned in the game:

Example Promotion Scoring:
Member is active in clan events or activities 2 or 3 nights per week. He or she is frequently logged into TeamSpeak while in game and mostly engaging with other members. He or she holds no additional battalion job or function other than active clan member. Their highest tier tank is tier 8 and they have recruited 4 new members who have remained in the clan. He or she has received a favorable overall rating from the Commander and Division Staff.

Promotion Zone Cut Off Scale
0-199 = Private (PVT) 200 = Staff Sgt (SSGT) 220 = First Sgt (1SGT) 250 = Second Lieutenant (2LT) 275 = First Lieutenant (1LT) 300 = Captain (CPT) 350 = Major (MAJ) 420 = Colonel (COL) Division Staff are Appointment Positions |

Staff Sergeant. warded to players with promotion zone score 200When you are at the SSGT level of game play you are starting to develop your individual skills such as moving and individual gunnary.
First Sergeant. Awarded to players with promotion zone score 220At the 1SGT rank you are acquiring some of the top use tanks and really becoming a force capable of taking command positions.
Second Lieutenant. Awarded to players with promotion zone score 250Second Lieutenant signifies you are preparing and progressing toward an active role in the clan structure.
First Lieutenant. Awarded to players with promotion zone score 275Lieutenant is your real entry into command structure. You are developing not only excellent individual skills such as gunnery, but you are now advancing in your ability to 'move, shoot, and communicate' to the point where you are starting to call skirmish battles.
Captain. Awarded to players with promotion zone score 300Captains have developed to a point where they become go to battal callers .
Major. Awarded to players with promotion zone score 350Majors are at top tiers and have developed skill levels in all aspects of the game play. They are assigned as battalion staff officers in; Training, Operations, Recruitment, Logistics, Administration, and Logistics.
Colonal. Awarded to Battalion Staff Officers and to players with promotion zone score 420Administrative and command decision functions.
Major General. Appointment position as an "Executive Officer".Primary duties are administrative. Executive Officers are expected to keep up to date on major changes and functions of the game and to relay this information to the training and operations officers so, training can be prepared for informing all Battalion members.
Deputy Commander2nd in command. Has all command functions in the absence of the commander.

Skills Badges and Qualifiers
Skills Badges are assigned, dependent upon the players assigned positions in the Battalion.

Battalion Command BadgeAwarded to Officers holding officially identified command positions. Warren on the right breast pocket.
Battalion Staff Officers BadgeIdentifies the officer as being an officially recognized member of the Bn Staff. Warren on the right breast pocket.
"S-3"--Battalion Training and Operations OfficerAwarded to the Bn Training & Ops Officer. Warren on the left breast pocket. In collaboration with the Battalion Commander and XO, the Training & Ops officer is responsible for development and management of all training plans. Also responsible for training other training officers (Train the Trainers).
Assistant Bn Training OfficersAwarded to members designated at official Bn trainers. Warren on the left breast pocket. They report to the Bn Training & Operations Officer on a regular basis. They must keep up on various game play and map changes.
Battalion Master RecruiterAwarded to the Bn's head (Master Recruiter). Warren on the left breast pocket. The master recruiter reports to the S-3 and in collaboration with the command staff, oversees all recruitment functions and battalion recruiting staff. He or she is responsible to training all recruitment staff on types of players the command staff deams we are seeking to join our clan.
RecruiterAwarded to any member officially identified to conduct recruitment duties. Warren on the left breast pocket. This member reports to the Battalion Master Recruiter and is trained by the Master Recruiter.
Battle CallerAwarded to officially identify members who regularly conduct battle calling functions (as defined by at least 10 battles called and awarded by the CO, XO, and combination of Bn Staff. Warren on the left breast pocket. The battle caller must become proficient in map tactics and communications. They are a master of "move, shoot, and communicate".
"S-2"--Battalion Intelligence Officer (Intel)Awarded to the officially Identified Intel Officer. Warren on the left breast pocket. The Intel Ofc. reports to the CO and XO and works in close collaboration with the S-3 to ensure timely updating of new game features, special events, and new releases for the game.

Chapter 1.3
Awards, Ribbons, & Devices
Awards and ribbons are awarded to members for specific: Individual, Battle, Team, or Battalion services.

APG Membership RibbonAwarded for general, active membership.
Skirmish or Clan Battles "KILLER" RibbonAwarded to members during participation in a skirmish or clan battle where the member scores a minimum of 1,000 battle damage points. Members may earn upto 10 of these awards. A distinctive awards device will be attached to the original ribbon for each subsequent award (see ribbon devices below.
Top Scouting Damage RibbonAwarded to skirmish or clan wars participants for exceptional scouting damage and or distinguished duty in scouting.
APG Purple Heart RibbonAwarded to members who, during a skirmish or clan wars battle, absorbed exceptional damage in a direct effort to assist another member or the team.
Exceptional Recruiting Results RibbonAwarded to any clan member who recruits at least 5 new members who remain active and involved with the clan for a minimum of 6 months.
Consistent & Distinctive Service RibbonAwarded to members for their consistent service defined by regular and actively logged into Team Speak and engaged with other clan members.
Critical Kill RibbonAwarded for achievement of a "Critical Kill" during any skirmish or clan wars battle, which directly results in the winning of that battle.
Distinguished Service RibbonAwarded to any member how has been deemed to have performed a highly distinguished act, act's, or service to the clan and/or clan members. Must be nominated by the commander and approved by a panel of no less than 2 Bn Staff Ofc. and 2 members of any rank.

Battle devices may be affixed to earned ribbons to denote multiple receipt of that award.

Bronze ArrowheadAffixed to a ribbon to signify the 2nd receipt of that particular award.
Double ArrowheadsAffixed to a ribbon to signify the 3rd receipt of that particular award
Triple ArrowheadsAffixed to a ribbon to signify the 4th receipt of that particular award
Bronze VAffixed to any ribbon to signify the 5th receipt of that particular award
Bronze XAffixed to any ribbon to signify the 10th receipt of that particular award

APG Battalion Shoulder PatchThis distinctive shoulder patch is warren on the left shoulder of each members uniform avatar. It is also affixed to clan tanks and often referred to as the "clans tag".
General Service Member Cap FlashTPATS stands for Tea Party Patriots. It signifies general acceptance of conservative principles of hard work, fair play, and self responsibility.
One Year Membership/Service Cap FlashThis distinctive cap flash is earned by one year of active service to the clan.
Consistent Teamspeak RepresentationAwarded to members with consistent teamspeak log in and participation. One service stripe for each 6 months of consistent log-in and participation. Warren on the left sleeve of either the general service jacket or the staff officer Ike jacket. This award must be approved and is presented by the commanding officer and the executive officer only.
